"I’m not coming back to your pharmacy. After ringing up my prescriptions, the pharmacist forgot to ring up my water bottle at the end of the transaction and instead of just taking one second to ring up the water bottle he said can you you please just pay for that at the front. There is a cash register right there where I just paid for my prescriptions! I think there might have been some discrimination going on there. Never coming back to your pharmacy like I said."

"Pharmacy staff tries, but clearly undertrained and understaffed. After a few months, I've never had a single visit without some kind of error - a prescription being lost, a piece of data being mis-inputed, something being returned. They also work extremely hard to be unavailable on the phone, and once you have them on the phone they talk in circles or just lie to avoid dealing with their mistakes. Go to the CVS down the street on the corner of Harvard and Commonwealth; they at least answer the phone there. This one needs new management that doesn't just throw recent grads with limited english out to dry with no support, I feel bad for the kids because they clearly can't handle all this work by themselves."
