"Evil bureaucracy does not let you cancel their CarePass subscription. I don’t recall signing up for this and generally avoid any monthly fees. At any rate, I realized that they have been charging me monthly for years. I call to cancel. Lines busy. Not even “sorry, it’s a long wait”. It’s just “we don’t do this by phone, try online”. But I haven’t made an account online. I use the email that CVS has, and no record of CarePass (not connected to email? They just have my credit card info and are going crazy?). So how am I supposed to cancel? I can’t online and they literally are not supporting phone calls right now. And they obviously know I haven’t used this and have no problem charging me for years."
