"It’s definitely an overwhelming and detailed process so it was game changer to have friendly staff and the pharmacist on the phone to review every medication once it arrived! However did request a refill on medication twice over 5 days and have not yet received the PIO which is kinda scary since you need this to maintain the pregnancy. Currently waiting by the door at 7pm for the PIO to arrive by UPS. So overall good company, just make sure you text them multiple times and well in advanced."

"Colleen was my live text agent yesterday and they were WONDERFUL! Also was great that I didnt have to take time out of my work day to make a call, i was just able to text when it was most convenient for me. Colleen also helped me get my medication shipped to me NEXT day. I received my package early afternoon today and was packaged with care.
