"I had a terrible experience with the purchase of my toro lawnmower ! I had problems from day one with this machine ( paid close to $800) it was a lemon . It went back and forth to there shop all summer . I was told nothing was wrong . It would be return and the issue ( machine would start then loose compulsion and die), I insisted there was a problem w this machine. After the forth time returning to fix the SAME problem they said there was a recall if some seal on the engine .But according to the store manager there was No problem ! So I received the mower back once again feeling vindicated that now they finally listen to me and I was not some crazy women they just couldn’t make happy ! The mower was returned to me after yet another week in the shop and I’m left scrambling to borrow friends mower to cut my lawn . It died the second time I used it after it was returned w a guarantee it was fixed this time ! My patients with this business was done . They clearly were not going to make this right . I gave up and bought a new mower !"

"Purchased ALL of my yard /snow equipment from Granz, Turf Depot. My last purchase was a Billy Goat Leaf blower. It arrived with a factory issue that was promptly addressed. Granz swapped the unit immediately with a new unit from the store the very same day they were alerted by me of the issue. Great products and overall Customer service sales, service and scheduling. Can't say enough about this company. I am a lifetime customer."

"Purchased a $1600 Snow Blower and was called and said it was ready. When I got there I was told there's an $80 charge to bring my new Snowblower 5 Miles down the Rd. because I didn't have a vehicle to transport it. Next I wanted to see my new SnowBlower that I purchased , and was told I couldn't go to the warehouse to see my newly purchased Snow Blower. And then while leaving I was told to make sure I picked it up with-in 2 weeks or it would be given to someone else and I'd have to wait for another! I think that a customer should be treated nicely when buying an item, and after! Might try to cancel the sale and go elsewhere!"

"Terrible service department. My mower sat for 3 1/2 weeks without being touched. I was originally told 1 week when I called, magically turned to 3 weeks when I dropped it off the next day.. but they don’t take appointments. I called 3 times to check, got the run around, so I went and picked it up and brought it else where. While I was there, a tech had just completed work on a different machine that had been dropped off the day prior, well after mine. I purchased my mower and other items there, will never spend a dime with them again."

"I go here now and then to get parts. The people here are really nice and they have a good parts counter. They don't have everything for every kind of machine so be aware of that. Sometimes it's best to call before you go to check. You won't find Craftsman here for instance. Prices are pretty good and like I said the people are great. I like working with the guys at the parts counter when I have that chance. They also have some good prices on new equipment and sell some of the better stuff you might not find at a Home Depot or a place like that."
