"The guys at the front counter are helpful. BUT, if they are unable to help you they send you to the row of cubicles to get "expert help". Today I was looking for a replacement combustion chamber for an old oil fired furnace. Needless to say the person I encountered at the row of cubicles was completely useless. He was not even interested in helping. This is not the first time I have wasted my time with one of the "experts" at the row of cubicles. Thanks for nothing."

"Nice show room with great staff. Great selection of styles for sinks and such. A little confusing with a supply house on Beach St which is a one way and you have to go down to South Willow to get to the showroom. Once you get there though you can start to imagine your project coming to life."
