"Michael's is my go-to for craft and arts projects. I never fail to find something I didn't know I wanted. T-shirts to jewelry making. Framing to artificial flowers, you can pretty much find it all and then some. Staff are typically friendly and helpful, although they can get a little area specific in their assistance. Which is good, but sometimes you feel a little moved along. All in all, if you need craft or art supplies, this is a superstore."

"I can always find what I need at Michsel's. I really like this Middletown location. Jack, who is the front desk person, is always friendly, courteous and kind. I was shopping for a scrapbook album to mount copies of my parents wedding photos. Great selection of albums and additional pages; I also found the right kind of glue and small decorations to make the album special. Thank you, Michael's."
