"Purchased the Stihl 261c and forestry axe from Matt @ Ace Fall River. Long story short, the axe head snapped off and after a short phone call, Matt had a brand new axe waiting with my name on it. He adhered to Stihl warranty and with 0 delay (outside of uncontrolled circumstances) I was back to splitting that day. Matt knows Stihl. As far as the 261c: owning a chainsaw is the same as owning a gun. They both can bite back with devastating consequences. Very few if any I’d trust with either but I would trust Matt to fix my chainsaw. The great part is 6 months and many trees later, it’s still running without issue."

"If you want customer service and need help with something take the time to drive to Ace on the other end of the city. No one wants to be bothered here including management. You can tell this Ace location is part of a big chain."
