"Pleasant staff, always helpful, store always clean."
"Literally every time I come here for any type of medicine, it’s always a “15 minute wait” but takes way longer. One time it was almost an hour. Today, it was said my meds were ready hours ago, so how are they not ready now hours later when I go to pick them up. Not everyone can sit in a pharmacy for 30+ minutes waiting for a prescription that was said to be ready. On top of that, you need to wait in line for 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. A joke. The best part was when the old lady pharmacist was done filling it, she tossed them onto the counter, and said “all done” with an attitude. This place sucks."
"This is the place to go if u are a Walgreens customer. Pleasant, smiles, helpful, organized, just all around perfect customer service !! Plymouth ave in Fall River ma needs to be shut down and the company should be ashamed of that location it’s a dump nothing like this location on pleasant st if it wasn’t for that location Walgreens would of lost me as a customer with that being said thank you and I appreciate you guys at pleasant st location"
"Employees are always very helpful and the store is always clean. Love how they have clearance items in a rolling shelf right out front near the registers so it's easy to spot!"
