"Very disappointed with the service we got. $80 for an 11 year old Great Dane and they didn’t even clean her ears. That’s double of what anyone else has ever charged me for grooming. $75 for a husky mix that also never cost more than $45 for grooming. When we told them they didn’t clean the Danes ears they never responded. This place is way over priced with terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible business terrible service and awful customer service."

"I have been taking my dog here for about 10 years. She use to be scared of the groomers but now she loves going. The owner and staff are so nice and patient. When she was scared they would comfort her and play with her and for me that's priceless"

"I called first to make sure they were open and taking walk ins… due to knowing they can be super busy and can’t always accept walk ins. They took my dog right away for a nail trim and got it done nice and trimmed. I didn’t feel like they needed to be trimmed again when I left like I have felt from other places. I didn’t need to help with the trim which is a huge help since I have two toddlers with me at all times. Also the reason why I call first to make sure they are open and willing to do a walk in. And the girls there were super nice!"

"you have to be very adamant to one of the girls there as 1 of them totally ignored me when I requested she NOT USE bluing on my Great Pyrenees. My dog is allergic to it, and even though the gal dismissed it as being rinsed out, she didn't rinse it that well, because she scratched till a raw spot formed! Same gal sheared a LOT of hair off back end, I had told her a small sanitary clip ONLY, but the dark haired gal did a WIDE amt and ruined her Show Coat!! That fluff took 3yrs to grow!! Problem with this gal was she was too busy chatting it up with another customer there, and NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME!!! I would go back, but would only accept help from the blond gal in the Photo below. she did try to stop the other gal from her actions, I have only ever gone there before new ownership to do the bathing of my dog myself, but the gal she was chatting with was NOT the OWNER. I AM! That was what went wrong with my last visit there. I'm a gray haired old lady sitting in a wheelchair. The Pyr is my Service Dog!! & I did not want that much fluff sheared off her back end!! (her excuse?? less for me to groom!.) My pyr was combed out before we came. she is brushed daily!! Still makes me ANGRY, which is why I had not done an immediate review. Gal in photo below is NOT the gal that didn't listen"
