"I will describe two years of experience with this veterinary facility. everyone is nice, although it is a business and not a charity. So it's obvious. when paying for services, my requirements are also directly proportional to the price of the services. In case of a sudden illness in cats, I recommend only the owner of this facility or choosing another place. Another thing: the test results for which I am paying are my property and should be released immediately upon request, and here, despite requests, the client can wait and wait. this is unacceptable. If I have any objections to the method of treatment or lack thereof, I have the right to consult another veterinarian. I have already used such a consultation when there was no improvement in the animal's well-being. the cat was left without treatment because "everything was OK". After consulting with a native veterinarian from Europe and following his advice, I found another place with good results for the cat. Now I was with the cat again, after the 6th day of treatment and there was no improvement, I also did not receive the laboratory results despite two requests within 3 days! In another cat, pancreatitis was downplayed, where I talked directly about it and my experience with another cat with pancreatitis. I was assured that everything was OK. I sought advice from another veterinarian, and after the treatment and tests were performed, the problem went away. When it comes to teeth cleaning, extractions or vaccinations, I can recommend this place. My experiences are based on visits with the owner of the clinic, Mr. Warrie and Mrs. Upton. 01/20/24 Edit : At the end of treatment, the doctor or employee was supposed to call back. Despite being kept up to date on the cat's condition and no improvement in treatment. no contact from the doctor. Complete lack of professionalism and, most importantly, genuine lack of medical ethics. the test results I asked for, after several requests, I received the urine and blood results. part of the urine result written by hand without any confirmation from a doctor. however, I received the old ultrasound result from August 2023. 3.5 weeks have passed and despite further requests for the result - no reaction from this hospital. well, I have no choice but to report such practices to the appropriate place."
"Middlesex County Animal Hospital always takes the best care of my pets. Dr. Wharie is a kind and patient veterinarian. He has managed my dog's cushions disease for years and his medical advice is something I trust. No doubt my old girl is in amazing shape because of the care she receives at MCAH."
"I've lived in many states and have had many different vets. This one is my favorite. Usually what delays my ability to get my pets in for standard care is my schedule not there's which is unheard of in some of the places I've lived. And they seem to genuinely love and care for the animals. Which is another thing I'm not used to seeing"
"Staff always remembers my dog. There recommendations are great. We needed a couple specialists they have us plenty of info. Love this place"
"I am so glad I found Middlesex County Animal Hospital! Everyone is always so welcoming and I know that my dog is in good hands whenever we visit. I am especially thankful for the vet tech, Mary, who always keeps my mind at ease that Frank (our greyhound) is getting the best treatment - even when he is being overly dramatic. Because of the exceptional and compassionate care he has received, I will continue to be a grateful forever client here!"
