"I took my rescue dog for her first ever grooming session, and I was anxious about how she'd respond. Doggboston's ethos prioritizes the dog's emotions—ensuring a positive experience is paramount. If a dog seems uneasy or frightened, they halt the grooming process, allowing the dog some breathing space. What sets them apart is their practice of giving dogs the freedom to roam in the shop, bypassing the use of cages. This approach resonates with me, as I don't crate my dog at home, and I believe confining her to a cage in a new environment might distress her. Tiger returned home content, fresh, and eagerly anticipating her next grooming appointment. I highly recommend."

"Not the best. Took my girl in, 3.5 hours later and they told me they couldn’t cut her nails or trim her paw pads because she didn’t like it. I get it, my dog isn’t the easiest to cut her nails but I’ve had her at other groomers that cut them in 5-10 minutes no problem. It’s also a zoo in there. Behind the counter is a 10x12 room and there were at least 8-10 dogs just roaming free back there like it was a dog park or doggy day care. I was not expecting that at all. Her fur looked good after the bath and brush but crazy to me to spend $100 bucks and not even get my dogs nails trimmed."

"If I could I wouldn’t even leave one star. I don’t even know where to begin. Extremely unresponsive to phone calls and text messaging. I have a mini labradoodle, and his cut is so choppy and uneven it looks like a child cut his hair. I drive 2 hrs to bring him to this place- such a waste of my time! I reached out to the owner with no reply back. They’re extremely unprofessional and I’ll never bring my dog back to this place. Terrible, terrible, terrible."
