Residences at Solomon Pond

"The WORST. Placed a reservation back in March for October. We got there and wouldn’t you know it, even WITH A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, we didn’t have a room. Manager said we “must have canceled”… don’t play that game with us. We’re not stupid. After this, not ONCE did any staff member say sorry, and we had to BEG the staff to help us find another room at another hotel. And they still were no help. Absolutely no customer service, do NOT stay here if you want to be sure you have a room!!"

"Room was beautiful. The windows and bathroom could use an update but I will definitely stay here again. Beverly, the manager was very welcoming and went over and beyond in customer service!"

"I stayed there six month. It was great stay: 1- Welcoming staff especially Chis 2- Residence is clean and safe. The automatic gate is locked automatically after 8 PM. Only resident can access. 3- For those working remotely, you can use the 24/7 business center. 4- Solomon Pond Mall, Best Buy at walking distance. Target is nearby as well. Highly recommended. 5 stars"

"I stayed here for a travel assignment. The staff were very welcoming and nice. Beverly was really nice and sweet. It was really quiet and comfortable here. Chris the manager made my experience easy which helped since I was so far from home. I loved how pet friendly the hotel was and the room was pretty nice. The water gets very hot and stays hot for an extended period of time. I would come back here for a short term as well as a long term. No complaints."

"Worked in the area for 4 months and this was an excellent place to stay as a business traveler. The rooms are clean and have full kitchens. Lots of storage space, good wifi and satellite TV. Chris and his team are very attentive to guest needs. Recommend for people traveling and needing a quality monthly rental."
