"Best grooming experience we’ve had by far. My dog had had a hard couple of weeks with a neck strain and an ear infection. I was very worried about bringing him in for grooming while he was still weary of his ears being touched. Veronica took the time to sit down on the floor with us, listen to all of my concerns and ease my dog into the experience. She had a thoughtful response to each of my concerns, immediately demonstrating that she was 100% capable of accommodating my guy’s needs. She finished the job faster than predicted and gave me 15 minutes notice. When I went to pick my boy up he was super happy and wiggly when usually after grooming he ends up terrified and dying to get away. She was gentle, attentive and professional. It was truly night and day in comparison to previous experiences, which is why I’m writing this effusive review. It was such a massive relief to know we had finally found or groomer.
