"Worse experience ever! Went for a full she was not sizing nails properly told me it’d be fixed after she put acrylic on one hand and it was horrible like a 3year old did it. Told me they are different that people cannot say what they want. Almost half an hour to remove the acrylic off one hand. Rude! Unprofessional! The worse experience in the 26yrs I’ve been getting my nails done."

"I usually see Lilly and she’s great. The one time I needed an appointment and she was not available, I decided to book with Jenny. I called at 1.30pm and was given an appointment for 5.30pm. My schedule shifted a bit so I ended up going in at 4.30pm. I chose to wait for my appointment with Jenny anyway because I don’t trust the others - they have a couple of people who are very rough!! So I chose to wait an hour for Jenny. She acknowledged that I was there early and asked if was Ok waiting for her and I said yes. However, 5.30pm finally came, she had me sit in a chair next to her while she did another customer’s manicure! Not finish as in she was almost done.. She just started another manicure at 5.30pm. I waited until 5.40pm to see if she was going to come to me, and she was not even lookin hip. She was taking her time and fully intended to finish that one while I waited there after my 5.30pm and knowing I had waited for an hour just for her when I could have gotten a manicure from any other technician and any other place. Hugely disappointed by this."
