"I came to color my hair at V&O Salon and am truly happy with the results. My stylist was Irena and she did a phenomenal job! I was really worried about the color coming out the way I wanted it and not only did she surpass my expectations on that, but I found myself with the best blowout I’ve ever had! She was so friendly and jolly it truly made me feel like she was happy to work with me and she was passionate about doing hair. Go to Irena and you won’t be disappointed. Way to go V&O for having amazing stylists!!"

"I was in town for the weekend and desperately needed a haircut. Every salon was fully booked, and I found myself making call after call in search of an appointment. Olti turned out to be a real lifesaver. After I explained my situation, he generously stayed after hours to give me a haircut. Who does that? I'm absolutely delighted to have found such exceptional customer service. I’ve left this place feeling fantastic after a haircut. Thanks again, and I'll definitely be returning."

"I really debated whether or not to leave this review because I frankly didn’t want to damage someone’s reputation but with 2 weeks of thinking about it and speaking with other stylists about how to fix my hair it’s entirely fair. I went to Carmen for a partial highlight with my hair in fine condition and 2 full inches of grow out. Long story short she completely fried off pieces of my hair (photo shows the biggest piece I can’t even tuck into my other hair with gel) and tried to tell me it was like that and the pieces coming out were only from the back of my head. She then told me it was essentially my fault because I had damaged hair. Firstly that’s not true at all and hair that fried off as seen in the photo only fries because the stylist over processed my hair or over lapped with old highlights. For what happened I remained relatively calm in the chair I didn’t speak and got quite and even apologized to her at the end after she stopped being aggressive with me over what happened. I needed a trim with my hair so I let her trim my hair which was a mistake because it looks like steps in the back of my head. Over all people there are polite but this should have never happened. I think owners or management really need to step in. Edit: after posting I saw a review from 6 months ago about the stylist I saw. It said she botched her hair as you can also see from the photos. It went on to say they took measures to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Clearly not. Training needed or have more discretion."

"I had a great experience with this salon. The staff is friendly. The salon's environment is pleasant. I had a hair emergency after attempting to dye my hair at home, resulting in a terrible mix of orange and red. Despite not having an appointment, they kindly accommodated me the same day. Their expertise and swift action in fixing my hair left me satisfied. I truly appreciate their great service and highly recommend this salon. This would be my top choice"

"I would give this salon 10 stars if I could! Although I might be biased because this review is mostly for Saul. He’s consistently cut my hair into what I had envisioned (which is so hard to find) He truly is a master of his craft and knows how to work with his clients to create the perfect hair style. He made me feel instantly comfortable and checked in with me during the cut to make sure it was what I wanted. Definitely go to him if you are looking for a good hair stylist!"
