"When I booked an appointment (my first time) I was told the name of a stylist and I also inquired about the prices as my hair is quite long and wanted to understand how much it would cost, etc. However, when I got to the salon they had changed my stylist to Ben which was completely fine (he did a great job). I also asked Ben about pricing and he didn't provide a ton of information about it. I also did not know that Ben was a senior stylist so his prices are significantly higher than the base rates on the webpage (which are junior stylist prices). Ultimately, I was incredibly happy with the color and cut (Ben is very talented) however I ended up paying about $100 more than I expected to. Due to the lack of clarity regarding pricing I won't be returning."

He set me up with a product that replicates the salon look at home, too. I’m so happy! Highly recommend this salon to anyone in Boston."

"Got my appointment in a timely manner. My hairdresser, Hannah, was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to me, and advised me. Had to grow out my undercut and needed a clean cut. Mission accomplished."

"I had an appointment scheduled for 12 pm today. I arrived early and checked in with the receptionist. At 12:40, there was still no sign of my stylist. The receptionist called the owner and was told to offer me an appointment later today or tomorrow with a different stylist. When I asked whether there would be any discount associated, they had to call the owner back to find out. The owner only offered 25% off, so I opted to make an appointment at a different salon instead. The receptionists were very polite and nice throughout this process, but they were not empowered by the owner to make decisions about what kinds of accommodations to make for a customer in a situation like this, and professionalism on the part of the stylists does not seem to be a priority for the owner. I might feel differently if the salon didn't have a policy of charging a cancellation fee and refusing to hold your appointment if you are even a little bit late, which they send you multiple text-based reminders about before the appointment. What's good for the goose is good for the gander -- the salon should exhibit at least the level of professionalism that they expect from their customers. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon."
