"I went there last week and got dip with extensions and 3 out of my 10 nails are already lifting, and one has already popped off. That’s why I’m giving it 1 stars. Another issue I had as well is while the guy who worked in the middle section was doing my nails, someone talking him with different language. I will not be going back there to get thine fixed as I’m worried this issue will happen again. I will be going to another salon in hopes that those nails last better than these. And for 65+ bucks for nails, it’s unacceptable for this to be happening two days later when All I have been doing is reading books and doing light cleaning."
"my favorite nail salon in Boston! I am a loyal customer. Good prices and amazing attention to detail by all the workers. Nails last forever!! Still have polish on from 2 months ago."
"Recently I got a pedicure here, where it required that the nail tech refilled my big toes because they formerly had acrylic on them. After filing my toes and refilling the two toes he barely gave me an actual pedicure. Didn’t remove any calluses or scrub my feet. Just lathered and rinsed. Oh & I requested basic white gel. To my surprise after giving me the absolute BARE minimum he charged me a whopping $70. I felt I was charged unfairly for the work done and probably won’t be going back."
"My nails came out well. I really liked the drying machines that they have (I think a lot of salons just have you air dry if you have standard nail polish), they save time and you’re less likely to have messed up nails straight out of the salon. The staff was nice, but didn’t offer too much guidance about what to do, so if you’re a first timer like I was you might be a bit confused. I think I should have gotten gel nails to make it a bit more worth it, but when comparing prices, this is pretty good. I’m cheap, so the $27 including tip felt like a luxury for 1.5-2weeks of nice nails."
"This place was terrible. I told the lady not to cut my cuticles but she kept asking to. I know it made sense to, but I don’t want an infection. She was being nice about it until I caught her trying to cut it anyway. She was cutting it and then when I told her to stop she laughed and stopped. Worst thing, she did it AGAIN and I kept telling her to stop but she wouldn’t. They were nice but the service was terrible. I waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to do my nails when most employees were just standing around and talking to each other. The result was okay though."
