"My nails came off the tip very easy they. Charged me after be there for 4days later I dont think that's fair at all.. and the acrylic is cheap very cheap acrylic they need to upgrade that salon"

"I am very disappointed in this establishment. I usually would have never went here because of course I'm looking at the talent that I've seen come out of there. I went there today because where I usually go was busy to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done. I have never seen such trash in my life. She told me that eyebrows are $25 . When she did my eyelashes they were spaced out meaning the lashes were missing lashes . The girl that got her lashes done that wasn't front of me complained about the same thing and asked her to fix it she fixed her. When I turned around to tell her that my eyelashes weren't complete she wanted to charge me an extra $20. The real reason she wants to charge me an extra $20 was because when the 1st girl complained about her lashes I agreed with it and pointed them out to her. The eyelash Tech was very upset and did not want to fix my Lashes. This is what I get for going somewhere else and not being patient. Star nails in Dudley square Is the best. In upscale nails is the best. Michelle nails need to be ashamed"

"I’ve been going to this place since I was a teenager. They used to have great talent with low prices. Now, they just do not care. This is what I was left with after going in to get my pedicure and refill with gel polish to my finger nails. I went in on a Tuesday, went back on a Thursday because the gel polish started peeling, which I’ve never seen happen in my entire life. Nina was so lazy that she just slapped more polish on top and didn’t fix anything.. this is what I’m left with this Sunday. I have to get my nails done somewhere else and pay more money. The pedicure stations are amazing but the nails techs all suck!!"

"The owner was rude to me when it was my turn after I patiently waited two hours for service. I only got a manicure but her body language spoke a thousand words like she didn’t want to do my nails. She forgot to file my nails and I mentioned it to her so she can file them and she argued back and forth with me. I couldn’t believe she was lying. I didn’t want her to buff my nails with the machine. I already have soft nails. I told her to use the soft file not metal machine. I brought my own polish. My nails came out nice but her attitude was rude. Some people take advantage of the community they serve because they been in that location for so long and don’t appreciate their customers. The place is really small. The chemical smell is really strong. Expect to wait up to two hours if you’re not lucky to be served right away. The place is a bit unorganized. I didn’t have a problem with the other staff. Just the owner like i was wasting her time on a just a manicure. Sorry i don’t want to wear fake nails. She treated me like my nails belong to her if I didn’t speak up for myself. Im sure she wouldn’t be rough on her own nails. She didn’t massage my hands or oil them. Just rushed. I don’t usually go here just been here a few times. Glad there are other options out there for me to choose. Update: the next two days my nail polish started to chip."
