"I really wanted to like this place. The first time I came I got a dip manicure with tip and had no issues. I came back a second time for the same service and they did my nails so thin that every single one cracked in the middle within the first 5 days, which was extremely painful. Everyone knows a dip manicure should last 2-3 weeks without breakage. I did go in to get a fresh set and they were very nice and understanding and did not charge me which I appreciated and I felt as if they handled it very well. I have now had this new set of dip nails on for less than 2 weeks and have already been back once to get a broken nail fixed. The guy who fixed my nail asked me what shape I wanted, which was quite clearly square to match my other fingers, and kept asking me how many layers of dip I wanted. Clearly they are unknowledgeable about the work they do because I have never been asked that by a nail tech and I found it strange and unprofessional. Now another one of my nails have broken off, mind you I was not doing anything unusual or rough on my hands during any of my breakages. I am paying $70 for a manicure that isn’t even lasting 2 weeks and I find that unacceptable. I have now been to the nail salon 3 times in the past 3 weeks. I now have to go somewhere else and pay for another manicure because my nail is broken but I refuse to come back here. It seems the quality of their products are poor."
