"Terrible customer service. I tried them out as a new customer. I called and was told they could accommodate me. The pedicure chair was broken. I asked to move chairs after the staff member made several unassisted attempts over 25 minutes to fix the chair. I asked to speak to the manager who identified as Cici. Cici and another guy were doing pedicures right next to me and I could not believe that as managers they would not assist the young woman with a customer. Instead of the manager Cici assisting her, she ordered her to do other things like get towels for other customers during my service as if I was invisible. There was laughter when I asked to speak to a manager. I guess this place survives off of long term customers only as there was absolutely no respect for me as a new customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"If I could give 0 I would. They didnt listen to me. They laughed at my design idea and treated me terrible. Didnt even let them finish because i was so unimpressed. Micheal was terrible and had awful customer service. He was rude and aggressive. Filed my skin. I will never go back and would not recommend it."

"I really like this nail salon. The one woman who assigns nail techs seems to always be in a rush, which I guess she is. Regardless, the interior is very nice and the employees are as well. I especially like the way the one guy (I wish I knew his name) did my nails most recently. (The white and "Aloha Hawaii" set, ANC manicure). I have gone about 3 times and they gave me like 3 coupons in 2 visits. Other people I know of love it here as well."
