Kayla was very attentive and just an overall great bartender and the Flo's filet was delicious. Gave the Dallas filet at Texas Roadhouse a run for its money. Will be back!!"

"I placed an order online, and when I got home I found this, horrible food, all burnt, my wife is pregnant and I couldn't do anything, as the restaurant had already closed. This has never happened to me, I sent a message to the restaurant and no one got back to me, I would be ashamed to sell something to customers like that, completely burnt food."

"We went there for my husbands birthday with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We were sat right away at a very comfortable table. Then we met Isabella our server. She was hands down the BEST server we have ever had. Her personality was amazing!! She got our large order of drinks out super fast and kept everyone’s refills coming. She made sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back because of the remarkable service we received from Izzy. even my teenagers loved her! All the apps and entrees were SO GOOD!!! "I was really hungry for a steak dinner. I was thinking of spending some money and getting fillet mignon. Longhouse steakhouse seemed like a good choice. But upon arrival I waited a very long time — several minutes — before anyone came to seat me. I ordered a beer from the very limited selection and it took quite a long time to arrive. Bear in mind that this is a Monday night the restaurant is not busy and there’s plenty of staff. The filet mignon photo in the menu showed a thick and tender, well-seared steak. So that’s what I ordered in addition to mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. What I was served, however, was a very thin cut of pale meat that had bore no resemblance to tenderloin. The mashed potatoes or whipped, and the broccoli was steamed broccoli – steamed and deprived of flavor. I tried to save the meal with lots of pepper and salt and butter, but it was still a very bland experience. It was edible, even though it wasn’t what I wanted. I sat finished for a long time before the server came to ask if I wanted anything else. I then used the Q code payment on the table to pay my check instead of waiting another long time I departed without any thank you or acknowledgment whatsoever ."
