"Ordered through their online portal but waited over 90 mins for the pizza to arrive. When I called to asked where our pizza was, I was informed their order system apparently routinely misplace orders and you have to reorder through their system with an additional 90 min wait when this happens. When asked if there was any customer service they cold provide for misplacing my order they said no."
