"I want to like this location but altogether was a bad experience. The staff seemed nice and friendly. We waited about half an hour for 2 subs Togo which is a long time to wait but it's lunch time so it seemed fine. When I actually got my food there was a piece of metallic wrapper in my Thanksgiving sub and it was genuinely cold as ice. The whole thing was supposed to be heated and then toasted. I can let go of the wait but not the overall quality of the food. Definitely work on food handling standards better, logistics, time management during peak hours and just altogether freshness. Because you're location doesn't have it. To be honest it wasn't worth even 9$"
