"Could not apply my gift cards to my online order. So I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke with simply said we don’t take orders over the phone you have to place it online. I explained I tried but I won’t allow me to pay with my gift card. Her exact response was. Ohh I don’t know and just stayed on the phone. Completely lost in the conversation, the food has most certainly changed. Since I was a kid we have been going here. I would have to say is must have new owners. The food was ok at best and the customer service was an absolute joke."

"Have had there food a few times now, and dined in a couple times. The food is delicious, the serving sizes are generous. The fish and chips, pizza and pasta that I've had so far have been 10/10. If you havent stopped here or have been thinking about it.. do it. You wont regret it."

"To say dissatisfied is an understatement. I honestly NEVER complain, but when I picked up my steak tip salad to-go and opened it up I was shocked. The salad cost $20 and had 3 steak tips very undercooked and weighing in at 4.66 ounces. I called because I thought maybe the order was not complete or was not mine. The manager on the phone while nice stated that yes the salad comes with 3 tips and they should be weighing 2oz per tip. When I mentioned what the weight was I was told they probably shrunk while cooking yet they Were still raw. I was told I could get a credit for a side 3 piece steak tip for next time since I wasn't happy. Just be warned if your looking for a well portioned steak tip salad this is not where to order it especially if your going to spend $20."
