"Floor slick, Service inside slow at counter. Didn't order at kiosk. My meal was warm!!! My burger looked like it had been sitting. I brought my meal back, my meal was redone."

"Stopped by this Wendy's drive through late Monday afternoon on my way to a meeting. Ordered my food, went to the window to pay. The window opened I said hi with a smile. Without a word, a hand shot out of the window. I gave my card, it was given back and as I was saying 'thank you', the window was slammed shut, again without a word. Window opened, a bag and soda was held out the window. I took my food, started to ask for a sauce, got halfway through my request when the window was slammed shut again without a word. I waited by the window waving my hand slowly to get one of the two girls attention but they never looked back nor opened the window again. I left swearing I'd never return. Terrible customer service!!!"

"I went through the drive through today around 5:30pm. There were 2 young men who were running the Restaurant it looked like all alone. I want to say thank you to these 2 gentlemen for delivering me and others a delicious takeout meal. They went above and beyond with their work effort and should be commended for a job well done. I believe that they were very short staffed and did the work of several employees. Thank you to both of you."

"We stopped in for lunch on our way home from a scout Jamboree. 12 Scouts and 3 adults. The staff took our order in a timely manner, food came out fast, the whole order was correct. Great job!"

"1st time ever at this location. Ordered chili and left, hour long drive back home. Soon as I got back on the highway I took the chili out and the container didn’t even feel warm. Opened it and saw the cheese wasn’t even melted. Chili is completely cold. How can you serve cold chili?"
