"THIS IS CHILI'S. Just so you know that ahead of time. I wanted just wings, so I ordered from the "Just Wings" part of the menu. I got a ton of fries, which were very subpar and soggy. I got half "nashville hot" and half "buffalo medium." Both were unbelievably bland and not spicy at all. I wasn't looking for it to be crazy hot, and was a little hesitant to even get the "hot." Both were terrible and the sauce was dry. The bones were also super brittle, and practically disintegrated when I was eating the wings. Extremely disappointed, and I felt tricked that they were trying to conceal that they were Chilis. Won't be going back, especially after so much wasted food."
"Was super excited to have some chicken wings for dinner. They are the most flavorless wings I've ever had. Is the sauce 99% water? I would strongly recommend any other wing place. I ended up getting a full refund. Please avoid. ( It's the chilis)"
"Truly the worst takeout experience I've ever had. I wish Google would get with the times, and allow us to rate into the negatives, because that's what this place deserves. I ordered 11 boneless wings and curly fries. Garlic Parmesan. What I got was unreasonably cold lumps of fried chicken. Next to 0 sauce on them and possibly the coldest fries I've ever been served. They were soggy in a way that only happens when they sit for a long period of time in either a paper bag or styrofoam container and allowed to sweat. The 8 piece bone in dry rubbed coolest ranch were a joke, or at least I wish they were. One flat was dusted in an insane amount of seasoning and the rest was ridiculously dry and over fried, and one of the drums looks like someone has already taken a bite out of it, to say I am repulsed is an understatement. Door Dash says they'll only refund $13 of a $45 order. I will go to the ends of the earth to get a full refund. Food like this shouldn't be given to paying customers that haven't spit in the face of the person preparing it. I couldn't eat the boneless once I saw the bone in that looks like it was bitten. Real rating here is a negative 5."
"I order the smoke bone in wings and they gave me regular wings… order the 32 pieces wings whoever work and was putting my orders together can’t count because they gave me 24 wings… I called the store to complain and the manager told me to look under the fries….!! There no sauce but grease from the fries on that plate…smh they got one job and they still F it up.."
"Had a craving for wings and IJW popped up on google, located right where I believed a chili’s was located. Put in a to-go order,, drove to the location and found out that it was the chili’s. I am unsure what the affiliation may be (whether it’s the same restaurant rebranding it’s wing, whether it’s a different restaurant using chili’s to fulfill the orders, etc.) I just want to make sure that people are aware that when you go to this location, you literally park at the chili’s to go spots and a chili’s employee brings the food out. (See picture) As for the food, the wings were hot and crispy, flavors were average. I went with garlic parm, which typically is just tossed in garlic and Parmesan cheese , but this was an actual sauce. Hard to explain but they were alright. Also went with honey chipotle, sweet with a bit of a kick. The disappointment came from the curly fries which had been sitting for awhile. Most likely they were cooked 20-30 minutes before, placed in a metal tray under a heating lamp and tossed into containers when orders come in. I also got some of the fruit pies. They are decent, but has a store bought taste and for $3.00 each, you’re are better off just buying from the grocers. Overall, i wouldn’t go out of my way for the food."
