"Even tho the server was nice and welcoming but I really couldn’t give this place more than a star on the overall rating. We used to go to the branch in Saugus and we used to love it! unfortunately after visiting this location and trying different types of dishes i would not go again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. We ordered multiple rolls of sushi, crab Rangoon and chicken nuggets. None was good. My wife has been asking me to go to Oye’s to have sushi for the past couple of weeks and she ended up puking after we got home. What a disappointment and quality difference between what we have tried in the past at Saugus location and what we were served today!"

"Very nice decor atmosphere...dress casual vibe. Good food ....spring rolls were too chewy inside ...maybe rushed on NYE. Poo poo platter plentifully but food got cold quickly. Shrimp fried rice some of the best I ve had. Prompt service but dotting over us a bit too much ...maybe waiter wanted to turn over table at NYE but I felt rushed at times. Very attentive otherwise."

"Best Crab Rangoon's in Wakefield! I love the Peking Duck too, worth the 30 minute wait it takes to make! I ordered the pineapple shrimp for the first time and the presentation was amazing and was delicious! I have not had a bad meal here."

"Friends repetitively spoke about just how simply good this place has been for them. We were in the area and stopped in for the classic we knew. The decor is good in this newer strip mall -the service excellent with some dishes they create only there. I was blown away with how clean the food was and made us feel afterwords even after ordering a traditionally greasy and heavy sauced, mushroom egg foo young. Even the duck sauce i nostalgically ordered was lighter , better and perfect. A gluten free menu was done just as well with a salmon over rice noodles that was executed as well as we have had . We tried a sushi roll sans rice that was all the better without my go to rice. The place is an excellent better for you and delicious stop 0h,and they make perfect and large mai tais :) Try it but save us a seat :)"

"Oye’s in Reading MA is our favorite Chinese restaurant around the North Shore The staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious. They even have a Gluten-Free Munu which I thought was nice for customers that have allergies. The inside decor is well designed with Chinese style furniture, statues and pictures. The atmosphere is cozy with a fireplace, comfortable seating and booths and they also have a separate bar area for cocktails, beer and wine and large screen televisions to watch sporting events. My family and I Love this place!"
