"My boyfriend and I decided to try Sr Marie's per our goal of supporting more black-owned restaurants for Black History Month. We were not disappointed! The food was plentiful and delicious. I tried the mushroom rice which was a delightful surprise, making it a perfect complement to the stewed goat meat that I ordered. We also had meat patties which were so savory and delicious. The portions were generous, providing us with enough leftovers for several meals - incredible value for the price. Shoutout to the hard-working women in the kitchen, their homemade Caribbean cooking was so satisfying and filling. The place was clean and cozy, despite being primarily a takeout joint. I'm deducting one star because I would have loved to see more seating options for dine-in customers or more decor."

"The food was amazing! I'm from Boston, and there's a lot of diversity with food. When I moved, I lost all of that. It's been years since I've had Haitian food. Sr Marie Resturant didn't disappoint. Everything I ordered from the chicken to the plantains, and the rice was mouth watering. The food is authentic, and you can tell! I will be going back whenever I'm in the area."
