Chipotle Mexican Grill

"★★★★ My recent visit to the Mexican grill was quite satisfying. The serving sizes were generous, and every dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection, leaving my stomach in silence. But, I couldn't help notice that one of the workers behind the counter seemed rather indifferent. While not exactly unfriendly, I appreciate interactions with folks who wear a smile and convey a genuine sense of warmth. Despite this minor hiccup, the delicious food made up for it, and I'd definitely return for another barbacoa bowl."

"What a mess! Almost every table was dirty, there were no napkins, and then after waiting in line I was told “online orders only” and denied service. What kind of fast food place only does online orders? This place needs new management and employees fast!"

"The portions were small they didn't get the order right the food was ice cold the manager was nice wanted to fix it but her employees are horrible they don't support their manager at all that's why they're getting a bad review the manager would get five stars for the way she handled herself on the phone. Whether or not she backs up what she says well soon find out. You pay a lot for this food little portions ice cold and you wonder why you don't get tips. Very disappointed. You're going to work yourself out of a business if you don't step it up employees"

"Got a really small bowl and they didn’t put all toppings I requested. Second picture was another pickup where the bowl looks like leftover from someone else. Went back and the guy said sometimes when people drive too fast, food will move along the side so it looked like a smaller portion. This is some BS explanation. We are not shooting fast and furious 9 here okay. Then we opened it up to show them. They could not make any excuses but to make another one for us. This location is the worst!!!!"
