"Horrible food, horrible customer service, horrible workers, horrible atmosphere. I went to celebrate my birthday based on the reviews, really bad decision, I would not return. Really cheap quality food. Habachi restaurant chefs typically entertain the customers— this does not happen here. Our waitress came to us twice, the first time to take our orders and the second time to leave the bill. She did not come in between times to check if we were all set or needed anything else. I never got my drink, neither did my best friend. My best friend went to the front to ask for a drink, and they said they couldn’t help her. 18% gratuity is also included in your bill."

"So the food was great, don’t get me wrong. But if you’re gonna have a “custom tip” section on your receipts, stick to it. I tipped $10 on my card and $10 cash because it was really all i could afford left from what was left in my account and made it out to be $40 total. The woman came back up to me saying it wasn’t enough when it was for a $20 meal. Made me tip $10 more than what I had. Took my $10 cash too and it came out to $35 and it coming out to $55. I’m never coming back here. Stay clear of this place smh. Highly disappointed."

"Don’t bother making a reservation. Made a reservation for 6:30. It’s 7:15 and we are still waiting to be seated. Every single party who walked in and put their name on the waiting list got seated before us. Thankfully, the person at the bar is doing a good job of serving us drinks and keeping us occupied while we wait for 45 minutes for a table. Absolutely redic."

"The food was good, with generous portions, the service was great, the atmosphere was excellent. It felt tacky for me that the Chinese dishes didn't come with rice. You had to pay extra. An individual cup of Chinese tea was also extra. These items are included in most Asian cuisine restaurants. This ruined my experience because I felt like I was being gouged. If they changed these policies, the place would be great. Unfortunately, it was a real turn-off."
