"I came here yesterday with two of my friends. After eating we realized that the server Stephy never handed us a bill. She assumed we were another party for hibachi. After we let her know that it was only 3 of us, she proceeds to hand us a bill of $229. We told her to split it evenly. We realize that she is taking a while to come back with our cards so we check our account, she charged one friend $75. She charged me $150 on two different transactions and she charges my other friend $129. After she comes back she comes to me and my friend with a voided receipt. She gave me a one receipt for a voided charge of 150. I showed her from my account that she charged me two times for $150 so I am expecting two void receipts. She then tells us these are the void receipts but I need to charge you guys for the 75 that you were originally supposed to pay. So in total she charged my account $375. And as a group in total, she charged our cards $654 (300 on my account, 75 for one friend and 204 for my other friend)for a bill that was originally only $229 because there was something “wrong with their system”. "We got the swordfish & chicken hibachi dinners. Great overall experience, but personally would have liked the meats to be more flavorfully seasoned. Would recommend trying out the bang bang shrimp app - delicious dish and good portion size two! Ambience is a 3.5/5, but service is 5/5."

"Yamato has a big area for hibachi, so there was a short wait to be seated. Both the food and service were extremely good. For birthdays, they have a robot that brings the cake to your table and sings happy birthday. The parking is tight because the restaurant is in a small plaza and the tipping policy is not good."

"Great experience, with friendly service and excellent food. The Robot waiter was a highlight for the kids - it brings out soups, salads and take out to the front desk. Super cool! I had the scallops , the kids got chicken. Tons of food : be sure not to over order, unless you like left overs!"
