"Incompetent workers who asked ME how to make the simple food that I ordered, and took way too long"

"They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. Today I asked for a medium iced coffee and got a large. Maybe if the staff there understood English they would get the order right and not lose money for the owner. They still have 2 speeds slow and stop a year later. Nobody speaks English that works there. The staff there are the worst. If they weren't so busy speaking in their foreign language to eachother and paid attention to the customers they just might get your order right. I ordered a medium iced coffee lite with CREAM and 4 sugars. This is what I got"

"The staff here DOES NOT listen or pay attention to customer's orders. Too often they make the wrong drink or grab the wrong donuts. Terrible at making flavored drinks."

"They have THE NICEST EMPLOYEES HERE!! I work at a nearby hospital & every time I come in they are so genuinely kind & it’s such a breath of fresh air!! Today as I came in the staff came out to greet the lovely older couple(I’m assuming are regulars) - it just made my day!! Thank you all for being so kind & helpful always"

"Horrible rude morning staff. Employees on their phones, doesn't care to pay attention to staff. Literally having a phone conversation on speaker while taking my order. Employee parked blocking handicap spot. When asked about moving the car as it is illegal to block or park in handicap spot with out a plaque, the employee told me to call the police if I had an issues with it. . I will drive up highland Ave for coffee from now on."
