"We used to order chilaquiles for breakfast at least every weekend because they used to be the best in the area. Yesterday we tried to order them and they sent us enchiladas instead, food was good but no one called me to ask if I was okay with substituting chilaquiles with that. Today I try to order again and this is what I received. Nachos instead of chilaquiles , with all the things I didn’t request like chorizo and sour cream. No steak, no rice and to make it even worse They’re just dry crunchy tortilla chips with no sauce on top. I don’t know why quality change so drastically. Beyond disappointed"

"I’ve gotten a burrito from Hungry Coyote at least once a week for the past two years and they have never disappointed. Their burritos are delicious and full of fresh ingredients. Their menu is super customizable to your cravings and very easy to order. Would highly recommend coming here instead of boring old Chipotle ;)"

"We're really not the group of people to complain but it's frustrating that they don't send salsa with delivery orders for tacos. We ordered for a few of us at the office so we specifically called and asked to get extra salsa because we've ordered multiple times before and had them forget the salsa. The person who as answered the phone specifically asked if we wanted 2 of the salsa Verde and we made it clear that we wanted 4 salsas (2 Verde 2 roja) since we were ordering 16 tacos. Finally when the order arrived, there was only one salsa that was not even full. When we called back the person on the phone didn't even say sorry he just rudely said they were busy and hung up on me. For 16 tacos we got one salsa.... this has happened every time we've gotten tacos delivered. It's better to go in person to order. I think they try harder when you're there to check the order yourself."

"Good: Chicken has nice flavor, and shrimps are well seasoned. Very creamy guacamole and freshly diced tomatoes. Spicy salsa has a nice kick. Needs improvements: Rice is too hard/not cooked enough. For the chips, maybe its common, but the salt stayed on top portion of the chips in a bag, so it was too salty at first and bottom is plain. Also, bathroom toilet was clogged. Overall it’s a nice Mexican food place, and I would come back again."
