"Rating this McDonald's low mainly because of the late night drive thru. The food is fine. I'll avoid using the drive thru and consider an alternative to this place rather than deal with the unstable drive thru service and atmosphere. I will add, I went inside in the morning and it was a much better experience. Avoid this drive thru at night, especially if you don't like dealing with brash individuals and wondering about what they are saying in Spanish, what they are laughing at and wondering if they messed with your food. Again this is really not a big deal but I do expect professional behavior and was thoroughly disappointed the two times I did a late night drive thru."
"Quick food service but the dining room is very dirty. Looks like it hasn't been swept once today, and maybe not even for multiple days. All tables are dirty."
"Just a few times I've been here the service was slow. I only say this because I see employees just doing nothing in the kitchen/ prep area. I'm assuming if they were on break they wouldn't be there lounging. Otherwise still a decent macdonalds!"

"This is McDonald's on Chestnut St, Needham, MA. I was impressed with how clean this restaurant was. My fish fillet came in very quickly. Workers were constantly mopping the floors and cleaning the tables. Great experience."
