"This Dominos had a great deal on pizza, but the experience was poor. I came in because my order was done on the tracker and it was a pick up order. The staff saw me and didn't greet me, it seemed like they purposely looked away. This lasted about 3 minutes. Once greeted I told them I was there for a prepaid pick up to which the employee said "oh" and then walked away for another minute. When he came back he told me my order wasn't done and that I needed to wait a while. I assumed this must be just a couple minutes as I came in soon as the order was completed on the app. I waited 10 minutes. I understand this was a large order of 4 pizzas, but this was why I had ordered it for that specific time. It was for my son's birthday and I was almost late because getting pizza took nearly an extra 15 minutes. Again, the price was great, I'm sure I would've spent much more money at the competitors and I can't be upset about that. It was the service was much worse than it used to be."
