"The nicest Dunkin Donuts staff ever! Run by a good management, store is very clean unfortunately they no longer have tables at this location, but it doesn’t change the fact that they have amazing customer service and work very efficiently. Never had a problem with the quality of my drinks or food here. They’re soooo sweet to my daughter and let her order on her own if she’s wants, they’re super patience and they speak to you with respect. The lady’s at the registers are always soooo extremely nice and helpful, this is a third home environment. Thank you! I love this location."

"I always go here and I never complain even though the service is never good. I use the app to order food for pick up during my 15 minute breaks. I usually order it 15-16 minutes early because they always take too long. Every time, I am only receiving some of my order. Last week I ordered munchkins, hasbrowns, a latte and a bottle of water.. all I got was the latte. I had to leave. Paid $10 tried to say something to someone and get ignored, like usual. Today, I asked multiple times I got their attention because they looked right at me and a girl answered but never got the rest of my order. I'm upset because I continue to waste money and this is the only dunkins close enough to my job but I think I am done using their services."

"First time I came here was in the evening and the place was great , quite , clean , good service , good atmosphere , then I came in the morning for coffee and I thought I was in a total different place ! In the morning it's a place for homeless to use the bathroom get warmed up and wake up , on this day more homeless coming in to use bathroom than customers coming to buy coffee ? Several tables and chairs taken by homeless who were not customers ? The bathrooms and the tables and chairs should be for paying customers not freeloaders hanging around to get warm and use the bathrooms , hope that changes it ruins the morning atmosphere and turns customers away ....here is what you can expect, everyday one or two dopped out homeless people sleeping on tables that should be for paying customers ....more and more homeless sleeping on tables in the morning ,this is bad for business and drives customers away , policy should be that if your not a customer you don't get to stay for free and take up customers spots ...."
