"Online ordering did not work well. I showed up at time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't started making it yet. Gave me a discount which was okay but I got a call at 10 minutes of 9:00 saying are you going to come and pick up your pizza. I'd already eaten it"

"They left my pizza and fries outside on porch floor (its cold out ) didnt knock ,of call or ring door bell.when I called they said they did .he lies Food was cold and didnt put extra cheese in pizza.This place is horrible last time I order there. they didn't offer to refund or sorry nothing didn't care..so many people tell me how horrible customer service and good is terrible. They are right .I should have listened. 60 I work hard and I get this WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND FOOD"

"Super friendly staff and great services! They guy at the front is one of the kindest. I took off a star because I like my pizzas a bit more crispy than doughy, but other than that i definitely recommend and will be coming back!"

"Ordered for delivery directly from the restaurant via Slice. Not a 3rd party service. Food was 90 minutes late from the original delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Took over two hours to deliver 3 subs 1.3 miles. Ordered at 4:40pm and delivered at 6:49. Half of one sub roll was stale and my daughter couldn't eat her turkey sub. Of course being 15 didn't get much of description of what was wrong with it other then "disgusting". It's probably because her cold sub was anything but cold. My Cheeseburger sub tasted as if they cooked the patties yesterday and was Luke warm at best. Our normal go-to was closed for their only vacation of the year. Each sub was $3-4 more then our regular shop. Definitely my last time trying them again."

"Something changed. I used to come here as a kid all the time. I’m back in town visiting and placed a delivery order of a large pepperoni/bacon pizza and chicken finger dinner. The pizzas sauce is gross now and the crust is too thin, pizza is burnt and rock hard with only about 2 tiny pieces of bacon on the whole thing. I asked for crushed red pepper pepper and got none. The fries are so soggy now, they used to be crispy. The delivery guy was so rude i had a $7 tip ready for him until i heard him on the phone screaming because he walked directly through a construction in the front entrance when he was supposed to go around the other side where i was waiting for him. I’m not ordered from here ever again, if i was you i wouldn’t either"
