"I made my appointment with Larry at the Billerica new location. Wow, what a nice spot they have over there. Warm and welcoming environment, everything you look for when you go to get a cut! Larry was awesome, he told me all about the new location and the older location they also have in Somerville. I got a bald fade and a beard trim and line up. Super clean and sharp job Larry did. I checked out their instagram page as well. Nothing but clean haircuts from all their barbers. Would definitely recommend this barber shop to anyone near or far, worth the ride. Nice thing is they have two locations one in Somerville, MA and another in Billerica, MA! Go give them a look!! @968theshopbarbers"
"Very classy barber shop. Their location in Billerica has plenty of parking so you don’t need to worry about that. Larry Jr’s fade is one of the best I’ve ever received. Makes you feel welcomed and at home. My buddy used Larry Jr to cut all the groomsmen hair for his wedding and the bride couldn’t have been more pleased."
"I am new to the area so I have been giving all of the local shops a try. I have nothing but good things to say about every establishment in the area but the haircut I got here from Darien was the best I’ve had in over a year. In addition to that the atmosphere in the shop is fantastic. Definitely coming back."
"Updated to 5 stars. Much better experience after making an appointment and got a really great cut from Tyler. ________________ The barbers at this shop give great cuts. I’ve went there thrice and I’ve been really satisfied with how my hair looked each time. If that’s what matters most to you, then this is your spot. I’m docking two stars because each time I showed up, albeit as a walk-in, I felt like I accidentally walked in on a private hang out that I wasn’t invited to. The first time, all of them were watching a movie and I was flat out ignored until I spoke up. The most recent time I went in, there were 4 or 5 dudes hanging out with no customers around, but I wasn’t addressed. I asked if anyone had availability and one of the guys says “anyone have time for a walk in?” No one responded so he said “don’t jump in all at once…”. Yikes. I think that’s just the culture of the place. To their credit, they had walk-in availability each time I stopped by."
