"I really wanted to love it here but I was very disappointed with my experience. As soon as I walked in and sat down Kaitlyn was continuously talking bad about one of her clients which was very uncomfortable. The pictures of her work she posts online look beautiful which is what prompted me to go to her but I left with frizzy hair and sections that weren't straight. Her prices are also more expensive than what she advertises on her Vagaro booking website.."

"This review is about my experience with getting hair extensions with Kaitlyn. This is a service I have been getting done for many years. First you need to know that the amount of hair extensions that were ordered and purchased did not match the amount of extensions that were placed in my hair. During the process of placing the hair many of the hairs were either misplaced or simply were not places . So I paid for each of the sets by piece and they simply were not all applied. This is unacceptable. Normally one would take the time to wash and blow dry your hair before installing the hair. This was not done which will impact the outcome. During the hair installation there were many distractions going on like texting which is completely unprofessional. From March 2020 until Last week I paid 5,000 to this stylist Kaitlyn who takes the money for service and does not apply all hair paid for. After the process was done at least fifteen of the strands just fell out of my hair. I tried calling and complaining about the falling out but got the run around about why it is happening. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I don't recommend using this person ever save your money and find someone more professional."

"I'm not a regular here because I don't live in Mass anymore but anytime I had a special event I would come because I have had really good results with blowouts/hairstyles. I was having my wedding reception (after a destination ceremony) in Mass so about 3 weeks prior, I called the main number to make a hair and makeup appointment. I talked to someone who assured me I was all set. I show up for my appointment and there is no receptionist and the two women working had no idea what I was talking about! I had no hair and makeup appointment and my reception started at 5! They kind of grilled me and asked me when I called, who I talked to, who my appointment was with and I realized the woman on the phone never told me who I would have. One of them told me to come back in a couple hours and she would try to do my hair. But I really needed an actual appointment for both hair and makeup (those HD cameras wedding photographers use are no joke). They tried to tell me there was no way I'd get another appointment day of, but Cassandra Salon & Spa in Nashua to the rescue! They heard my sob story and were like "oh my god, come right in!" and they did a great job on both my hair and makeup! I used to love Shampoo but with the lack of organization especially around scheduling appointments, I don't think I'll be back."
