""Terrible, terrible! I have long, curly hair that demands time and care when washing and brushing. Given their good reputation, I didn't mind paying a little extra for their service, expecting just a simple hair trim. However, as soon as I arrived, the 'hair stylist' washed my hair hastily, not even scrubbing the scalp and skipping. Nonetheless, the worst was yet to come. As she started brushing my hair, she showed zero patience. I politely asked her to change her brushing technique because it was causing my hair to break. She replied by claiming that my hair was very tangled, so I trusted her judgment. Now, my hair is severely damaged, with breakage and dryness caused by the aggressive brushing. I didn't want to leave a negative comment since I had a positive experience with another stylist there before. Instead, I decided to call and report what happened. Unfortunately, I received no apologies or any alternative solution. Instead, I was told that my hair was difficult to cut due to the long time since my last haircut. I'm sharing my experience here to caution other women with curly hair who struggle to find professionals who understand how to care for it. I am truly disappointed.""
