"I just had my kids haircut there, I don’t know her name, but for the third time wasn’t good, she looked like she was in a hurry. My kids are very easy to get their hair cut. And I always ask for a regular haircut, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary…. She didn’t even cleaned their face, I had to take pieces of hair of their forehead, she didn’t even used the hairdryer on their face, to take the long pieces out, after got home, I cleaned them and saw that the haircut wasn’t nice either, confirming that she was in a hurry, tomorrow it’s the picture day at school, and I’m very sad with the haircut, $36 for something like that, it’s the same that throw money in the trash…..I always went to this place, but it’s the third time they had the haircut with this lady, and the third time that I’m not happy with it….so I’m not coming back."

"My son and I got our haircut here and this lady with long hair and glasses was very rough with our son . Kept pushing him . She was very angry cutting my 3 year old sons hair . Also we told her that was enough that she didn’t have to keep cutting his hair but she didn’t stop cutting it and cut his ear and neck . She also cut the back of my head . Everyone else was accomadating and kind . She was the only rough and angry there plus the horrible job she did on his hair."
