"do not give your cat any of this new diabetic medicine they prescribe BEXACAT - literally killed my cat damn near instantly after 1 dose"
"Thank you to Cape Cod Cat Hospital for all of their help with my cat Chico. I went to other vets on Cape Cod and had truly poor experiences until visiting Dr. Sisum and her team. Chico has always had severe anxiety visiting vets and Cape Cod Cat Hospital has been so gentle and gracious with him. I can’t thank them enough for their help with him and for their scheduling flexibility!"
"I would highly recommend Cape Cod Cat Hospital after Dr. Sisum did everything she could to save my 11 year cat, who had pancreatitis. I came across her practice during a desperate search to find a vet clinic to hospitalize my cat. Every single clinic I called either had no availability or they weren’t accepting new patients. Finally, I struck gold when I called here and could tell from my initial conversation with Carol, that this was a clinic that knew cats. Any real cat lover knows that not all veterinarians are created equal when it comes to our feline friends, and the best care will come from a vet and staff that treats cats as they are, and not like small dogs. I had taken my cat to another vet clinic two days before when she stopped eating. We were given a generic diagnosis of a UTI, meds, and instructions to keep feeding her whatever I could to restart her appetite. When her condition worsened and the first clinic told me they could not hospitalize her, that’s when I went looking for a new vet. I was blown away by how my cat and I were treated like we were longtime patients and Dr. Sisum went above and beyond to save my little girl, even taking her home with her overnight! Unfortunately, my cat didn’t make it despite the vigilant care she was given. I honestly believe that if I had brought her to see Dr. Sisum initially, she would have recognized the signs of pancreatitis and she would have gotten the appropriate care she needed before it was too late."
"The kind professionals at Cape Cod Cat Hospital have given amazing care to our 3 senior cats! They have helped our cats through both serious and minor health issues with great attention and expertise. We also appreciate their very affordable rates and timely guidance."
