"I stayed out here for work. It was very clean, affordable, newly renovated. I love that there was no carpet in the place! Nice vinyl flooring. The only gripe was the WiFi isn’t tat great, & not a lot of plug outlets to charge things. I had to unplug some things in the room. But it was a very nice place to stay!"

"My boyfriend and I loved this place The staff was wonderful for our arrival and departure especially Marie. Our rooms were very clean and cozy and comfortable especially the beds and pillows. There was a small table to eat on or to use a computer and also a microwave and a small refrigerator which was a plus. The bathroom was supplied with ample toiletries and the shower was excellent The grounds were very clean. The nitely rate included breakfast and was enough to get us on our way for the ride home. The only problem we had was that our GPS took us to the wrong location but we asked someone to direct us to the place. If we are ever in this area we will definitely be back to stay here. I highly recommend this place and it definitely deserved my 5 star rating"

"I had a reservation for the night of 10/7, booked in February for a wedding. The morning of 10/7 when they processed my debit card it declined, because earlier in the year my debit card was lost and I had to replace it. There was NO courtesy call. They simply cancelled my reservation, and gave our room away. This happened while we were already on our 4 hour drive out there. All I received was an email. An email I didn’t see until halfway through our drive, luckily. Can’t imagine if I never saw it and showed up for the room. When I called, I spoke with the rudest customer service rep I have ever experienced. She took zero responsibility for her attitude, and treated me poorly over a situation that should have been easily resolved with a simple phone call to me. I was totally taken aback by this, and the woman ended up hanging up on ME. I wrote an email to the general manager, and I never heard back. Friends of ours stayed here for the same wedding, and reported that the rooms in each side of them remained unoccupied. So this employee cost the business money, as she told me they were sold out and couldn’t help me. Hopefully this employee has since received some better training, but I am doubtful as I never heard back from the general manager."

"I just returned from the cape last night. We went (my mom and I) for my uncles memorial and stayed at the Sandwich Inn and Suites. I had a big problem with my original booking reservation because I didn't book directly through the inn (never again)....but I called the hotel and Kristin was absolutely AMAZING! She worked everything out with me and for me. I'm surprised by some of the reviews that I just read when going to post this. Our room was very clean, everything worked exactly like it should, the staff was wonderful and accommodating (Nick was a delight!) Our room even had a lovely private balcony off the back. The grounds are beautiful and the whole place just gives you a calming and peaceful feeling upon arriving. We got to breakfast 15 minutes before it ended and they even brought some more things out my mom had asked for and filled the coffee with fresh coffee for me. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you again Kristin, for going the extra mile for my mom and I! I wish I took pictures to share with you all....but I would definitely recommend Sandwich Inn and Suites and will definitely stay there again!"

"I recently stayed at the Sandwich Inn and Suites, and I regret that the experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. Expecting a comfortable and clean room for my three-day stay, Sandwich Inn and Suites provided nothing but the opposite. Firstly, the room's cleanliness - or lack thereof - was immediately apparent. Cobwebs adorned the corners of the ceiling as if it were a decorative choice. Even more shocking was the sight of dried boogers on the walls and dirty sheets on the bed. The hotel staff completely overlooked basic room sanitation. However, the staff's response when I addressed these issues truly solidified my decision to cut my stay short. Rather than expressing concern or offering a solution, I was met with skepticism. "I am not calling you a liar, but I find it hard to believe " was the response I received. Such a reaction is both dismissive and completely unprofessional. Ultimately, I felt compelled to check out early due to the unsanitary conditions and the less-than-accommodating staff. I sincerely hope potential quests reconsider before booking their stay at Sandwich Inn and Suites."
