"Came for a family trip to see the Christmas parade in Mashpee. Some of us had rooms in the more hotel section, some in what id consider the motel section. Motel section being individual rooms in line next to eachother. They were reasonably spacious but average and probably only 3/5 stars. The room i stayed in was pretty nice 4/5. Had a mini fridege and small counter space with a sink. Would be nicer for longer term stays. No closet but there was a shelf and bar with hangers in the bedroom. We had a glass slider that lead directly to the pool area from our room. It was incredibly convenient, but during a busy time the noise does travel into the room. The pool was warm by most hotel standards in my opinion. The hot tub is large enough to sit comfortably id say a dozen adults without being shoulder to shoulder or foot to foot. The outdoor pool was closed due to it being winter. There's also a ping pong table aswell as a pool table($1.00-quarters) per game. Small arcade room with- air hockey, racing game, shooting games, claw machines(we won 4 stuffed animals, multiple scoops of candy for about $10) aswell as a few other machines. All of which take quarters. I noticed a few charcoal grills outside in a grassy courtyard of sorts. Breakfast until 10 was a semi hot breakfast. Eggs and sausage aswell as waffle maker. Cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels the usual. Stop & Shop, CVS, liquor store, a restaurant are all located directly across the street. Less then 10 minute drive to the closet beach"

"It was your typical motel style place. The rooms couldve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly but, beyond that it was okay. Breakfast was decent for continental and, i love anywhere that has a hot tub for me and a pool for the kids!"

"We stayed in an efficiency room on the first floor for 3 nights and we liked that we could park right outside our door. The apartment-sized appliances appeared old and well-used. The compressor on the frig was periodically very loud but our food was kept cold. We remedied some of the noise problem by putting a folded towel under one of the corners to balance it out better. The kitchenette is not stocked at all which is made clear on the website. The sink had a stopper but it was useless for holding water. The water pressure in the tub/shower was wonderful but as hard as we tried to keep the water IN the shower, a large pool of water ended up on the floor each time we used it. There is obvious evidence of black mold stains on the walls at either end of the tub. There are also black mold stains on the windowsill from excessive amounts of water condensation on the window. I don’t know that I would have noticed that but there is a small well-worn table/chairs that we ate at that was up against the window. We had two people in the room and were provided with 2 washcloths, 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a rug and 2 rolls of toilet paper. There is no room service but we could exchange used linens for fresh which we needed more frequently because we were mopping up the bathroom floor. Overall it appears that the room may have had some upgrades but more are definitely needed. We chose not to say anything to the front desk about these issues as they appear to be ongoing. We were really only in the room to sleep and the bed was comfortable so we just tolerated the rest. Upon reading reviews, it seems that some rooms are very well done. That was not the case with ours. We would not stay here again."

"My family and I have been coming to the Cape for several generations, used to have a small place nearby but frequently stay here for weekend trips and family get togethers. Great memories with the family here. Brings me back. Love the feel of the hotel rooms and the pool room is always a blast with all the cousins. Appreciate the renovations but don't give up the old school cozy vibes, its perfect! The only thing that I would appreciate an upgrade on is the continental breakfast! Haha"

"We loved this place. Perfect stop along our trip for our family of four. The staff was all friendly Donna at the front desk was also very helpful. Rooms were fairly soundproof and all the features worked. We will be staying here again as we frequent the Cape."
