"Awesome apartment building and community! Reasonably priced apartments for a large amount of space and several nice in-unit amenities (e.g., dishwasher, private balconies) and building amenities (e.g., laundry room, gym, garage parking). Lots of natural light in all the rooms. Great amount of closet space. Extremely convenient for anyone working or going to school in the Longwood Medical area. 5-minute walk to the Brigham/Boston Children's/Beth Israel/Harvard Medical School. Right around the corner from several fun, good bars/restaurants. 2-minute walk to Stop & Shop. 2-minute walk to the Green Line (Brigham Circle) and several buses. Russell, the leasing consultant, is extremely friendly and helpful and made our move seamless. All the rest of the staff have been very kind, attentive, and helpful, as well."

"Really good place. I lived here for 4 years. If you see the previous reviews, ignore the old problems! They have parking plots right now under building ($300 each month). The stuff there are really friendly and nice. If you meet any problem you can submit online."
