"I wish I could give 0 stars. They can never answer the phone. Literally takes days to make any appointment. They gave my dog the medication he refuses to take after I told them we needed to switch it at the visit.They switched the wrong one. I called 40 plus times over 3 days and left 3 messages before getting a call back telling me I could come get the new one. I show up with cash in hand after a long day of work to buy the 3 heart worm pills. I explain to the guy running out to the cars (they don't let you inside) the situation. He goes in and out of the building like 20 times over the course of 45 minutes. I ask him whats going on and he then decides to tell me I can't switch out the medication because I don't have the other one and it is a prescription. Really guy heartworm medicine? Not my first bad experience here but definitely my last. Avoid this place at all cost"

"It is so relieving to have a local place that truly cares about the animals in its care. The doctor takes her time in explaining what she is seeing with your pets (and in plain terms that you can understand), and the techs are great at breaking down what needs to be done and what follow-up care or appointments are needed. The daycare gives my dog great exercise and a workout, and I appreciate that they try to keep her clean even when the weather outside is horrific. Price is what is; I'd love to pay less, but I appreciate they have a ton of staff around that need to eat. Still haven't found a better bargain in the area though."

"I would give them a 0. Worst place ever. Took my cat to get fixed. My cat passed away 2 days later. My cat was healthy with no health problems. When I picked My cat up I knew something was wrong. Lady told me no your cat is fine. Then my cat passed away. My cat was only 5 with no health issue at all. Called numerous times. Never even got a call back."

"So I had to cancel my dogs appointment last week and I called to reschedule with no issues. Here we are today a day before her new appointment and Village calls me to tell me I owe a 35 dollar no show fee. Now I would have no problem paying it if someone from Village had told me prior about the policy. Policies are made to be aware of from your very first visit not more than a year later. I politely explained I wouldn't be paying a 35 dollar fee as I was not told about it and the response I got was "Well you have never missed a visit" my response back was "that's the problem you dont get to tell people about the fee after they miss an appointment you're supposed to tell them before so everyone is aware beforehand" I let them choose if they wanted to keep my dogs appointment or lose 250 dollars over 35 dollar fee that I was NEVER told about. Now I own a business. Good business to a loyal customer would have been to waive this fee the 1 time since I'm now aware of the fee but they chose to take a negative review (HAPPILY) and lose 250 dollars over a 35 dollar fee. That is not very good business on their behalf. I won't be going bk. Nor will anyone from the kennel club my friends and I get our dogs from."
