"The broker didn't communicate with them really well , didn't tell them we were coming, but they worked us in , got loaded right away , in and out about an hour and half ."
"They requested I be there at 0700 and never opened the trk entrance until after 0800. They had no signs on where drivers are to check in and they keep all door locked. The only way I got in was by calling the broker, they contacted customer, then they opened gates. Seeing the trk waiting for them when they got to work was not enough for them to know I was there."
"Very nice staff and I was loaded in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Extremely small and only 1 big truck can be loaded at a time. FYI they open at 9am not 8am as told by the broker."
