I called a few times and staff were very responsive. When they did not know the answer to my question, they reached out to the homeowner and got back to me very timely. Since we arrived late to The Cape, they made easy arrangements for me to pick up the keys to the house. A combination lock seems like it might make the process easier but their office was so close to the rental it was not an issue. Dropping off the key was also easy for check out. On the morning of checkout, the garbage was collected at 6 am and we did not have all the trash ready for pick up. We brought the trash with us in the car and they directed us in how to properly dispose of it which I greatly appreciated. This company has been in business for years and is very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Martha Murray Rentals."
