"Cozy and well maintained. The rooms are a bit small but well appointed and comfortable. Its close to everything. The Dennis beaches are beautiful and allow dogs on the beach off season."

"We were visiting this location for a staycation! The staff was fantastic. We arrived after check in hours and they left the key out for us. The bed and linens were so comfortable! The location is perfect! It is close to many shopping and food places. The pool was perfect (heated). The price was affordable!"

"Great place to stay, right in Dennis. Close to beaches and restaurants. They have done a nice job updating the rooms. Comfortable bed and cute desk and chairs in my room. Microwave and small fridge available in the room, but there is also a full kitchen right around the corner for everyone to use at any time. The yard is very inviting with a fire pit, grills, seating areas and hammocks. There is also a pool for guests use. I couldn't think of anything I needed, and location was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again."

"These people take CARE of you!!! The people who run this place care about your stay and are from the area in a way that just doesn’t happen anymore. They’ve put so much thought into all the small things in your experience. They offer shuttles to the beach for half the price of parking—just ask at the desk. We went to the beach and they gave us beach towels and beach chairs, and then we just called them to come get us. They offer Reusable water bottles we can refill whenever rather than nickel and diming us for a bottle. Great pool area, plenty of chill places to relax, giant chess board like that movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Place is right next to a killer seafood lunch spot. We spent Saturday morning by the pool playing with their dogs. This place is the epitome of the difference between a corporation owning a hotel and locals owning a spot they live in a place they care about."
