"The room assigned was very filthy. Pillows and pillow “protectors” had blood and sweat stains. The pillow “protectors” were simply cotton pillowcases with zippers, and had no moisture protection. There was old food in the fridge from the previous guest. The lounge chair was covers with grime and alcohol stains. There were holes in the spare blanket. The attendant was belligerent and the manager was also disrespectful when we asked for a better room- saying “oh, you’re looking for luxury.” They also discriminate against people with service animals. Don’t know what the manager is doing there, but they aren’t running a hotel. Don’t go here."
